As mentioned in a previous post, I went to Dallas the day after Thanksgiving for my niece's wedding. I stayed with my mother, aka Grandma Shack. I enjoy visiting with her very much these days. She's happy as a clam, although her memory loss seems to be progressing rapidly.
Here are some photos of her backyard--the one I grew up playing in. It's not beautifully landscaped like in the magazines, but beautiful to me.
